Return Goods Policy

All items purchased from EasyPoolSupply.cam manufactured by United Chemical Corporation include a 30-Day Money Back Performance Guarantee from date of purchase. If the product fails to perform as labeled, after United Chemical Corporation's Tech Service has confirmed your pool's proper diagnosis, proper use, and product failure, we will be pleased to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) to facilitate the return. Simply e-mail us (info@swimpool.com) your order number (provided in the receipt you promptly received after your purchase from this web site), name, address, e-mail address, the date of purchase, and the reason for the return.

All returned items must be in their original packaging in original new condition. All returns must be prepaid, as we do not accept CODs. We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged items during shipment, so we strongly recommend that you insure the item(s). A refund will be issued to you or you may request a credit to your account for use on a future purchase.

Canceled or returned items shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may return unopened, unused or damaged item(s) within the 30-day money back guarantee period for a full refund on the cost of the product(s) plus any applicable tax. Any opened, partially consumed, items are not returnable. All returns, other than damaged goods, will incur a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must include any original instructions, manuals, and packaging intact. Returned items that are not in this condition will not receive credit or will be subject to the restocking fee. All returned items that are received without an RMA number will not qualify for credit.
